Matt Bernhardt is a highly experienced engineering professional currently serving as the North American Crush Process Engineering Manager at Bunge, a position held since February 2008. In this role, Matt supports operations through capital development, KPI improvement, and troubleshooting for North American crush plants, while also mentoring and managing process engineers across the region. Prior experience includes roles as Regional Process Engineer, Engineering Manager, and Crush Plant Manager at Bunge, along with serving as Plant Engineer and Production Assistant at Archer Daniels Midland from May 2005 to February 2008. Matt holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Montana State University-Bozeman.
