Olena Romanenko

Olena Romanenko has extensive experience in financial management and analysis, with a career spanning over two decades. At Bunge, from November 2019 to November 2023, Olena served as Global Middle Office Director, Finance Partner for the Corn & Wheat Value Chain, and Softseed FP&A Manager. Prior experience includes roles at Mars where Olena was a Management Accounting Supervisor, improving operations by drafting manuals and providing training for SAP and financial reporting systems, and as a Management Accounting Analyst, developing a financial modeling system that significantly enhanced planning efficiency. Earlier, at Internews Network, Olena worked as Financial Manager for the Ukraine Office, focusing on subgrantee accountability through improved reporting transparency. Olena holds a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation from the Institute of Management Accountants and a Certified International Professional Accountant (CIPA) designation from the International Council of Certified Accountants and Auditors.
