Taís Michepud Arisa

Taís Michepud Arisa is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources management, talent development, and internal communication. Currently serving as HRBP Manager at Bunge since October 2022, Taís previously held several roles at ICTS Protiviti from June 2018 to October 2022, including Talent Management and Internal Communication Manager and board member of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee. At Nexa Resources, Taís worked in various capacities from February 2004 to April 2018, focusing on organizational development and human resources consultancy. Taís' early career includes a role as HR Coordinator at Kurita Group, where responsibilities encompassed all HR subsystems and recruitment processes. Taís holds postgraduate degrees in Human Resources Administration and Organizational Psychology from UNIESP, along with a degree from UNIFMU.
