Donya Shirzad

Donya (Nya) Shirzad is a highly experienced professional in the gaming and technology industries, currently serving as Managing Director, Head of Incubation, and Executive Producer at Bungie since July 2013, where notable contributions include developing a centralized staffing dashboard and establishing incubation processes. Additionally, Donya serves as a Board Member for the Bungie Foundation since May 2024. Previous roles include Senior Technical Program Manager at Twitter, where significant security features were shipped, and Creative Producer/Development Director at Bioware, overseeing the development of an unannounced mobile game.
