Leland Dantzler

Leland Dantzler is an experienced QA Director at Bungie, having been part of the company since September 2012. Dantzler currently manages a team of Test Discipline Managers, focusing on organizational vision, people management, and performance within the Test discipline across business units. Dantzler's previous roles at Bungie include Senior Test Lead, Matchmaking and Networking Test Lead, Matchmaking Test Lead, and Matchmaking Tester, where responsibilities ranged from leading technical testing teams to ensuring test coverage and resolving managerial tasks. Prior experience includes working as a Test Associate I at Microsoft Game Studios and serving as a Game Advisor at GameStop. Dantzler earned a degree from Lee University in 2012.
