Federico Kalos has an extensive work experience spanning over several years. Federico started their career at Harren Media in 2009 as a Trafficker Media Intelligence Coordinator, responsible for managing operations in various advertising software. From there, they moved on to US Media Consulting, where they held multiple roles including Ad Network Manager, Product Manager, and Account Coordinator. During their time at US Media Consulting, they developed the company's Ad Network product, defined product strategy and positioning, and fostered understanding of the products among sales teams and clients.

In 2015, Federico joined Microsoft as a Partner Channel Marketing Manager, where they managed demand generation activities for CRM and ERP products across all subsidiaries in LATAM. Federico worked on digital campaigns, partner incentives, events, co-branded marketing programs, and telesales.

In 2016, they joined Google as a Product Marketing Manager, leading the Partner Marketing team and executing the Google Partners program across Spanish South America. Federico also organized summits, educational events, and acquisition events, resulting in thousands of sign-ups.

Federico then moved to Meta in 2019 as a Partner Solutions Manager, representing the Meta Business Partner program in Spanish Latam. Federico developed the partner ecosystem, supported partners in landing their products and services, and provided consultations to enterprise advertisers.

Currently, they are the Marketing & Partnerships Director at Bunker DB, a position they have held since 2023.

Federico Kalos completed their Bachelor in Social Communication Sciences from the University of Buenos Aires, from 2007 to 2016. Federico'sfield of study was Sociales. Additionally, they obtained a Technician degree in Advertising and Strategic Communications from La Fundacion de Altos Estudios en Ciencias Comerciales, from 2007 to 2009.

Federico also holds a High School Diploma in Social Sciences from Colegio Nacional de Buenos Aires, which they obtained from 2002 to 2006.

In terms of higher education, Federico pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, from 2020 to 2022. The field of study for their MBA is not specified.
