Mark Lucas

Mark Lucas, MBA, has over 20 years of experience in project management, business analysis, and operations across various industries. Currently serving as Director of Managed Services at BUNN since June 2016, Mark is responsible for key service accounts, ensuring that organizational resources align with customer expectations. Prior to this, Mark held positions at Roe Realty, Inc., managing over 200 properties as Operations Manager and Project Manager. Mark's earlier roles include project management and business analysis positions at Sigma Aldrich, A.G. Edwards & Sons, and Wachovia Securities, contributing to multiple high-profile IT projects. Mark began a career in business analysis with Accenture, providing leadership for Fortune 500 companies. Academically, Mark holds an MBA from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Management Information Systems, graduated cum laude, from Saint Louis University.
