Konrad Thiel

Konrad Thiel is an experienced business operations and IT professional currently serving as the Director of Business Operations at Bunnell Inc since June 2017. Previously, Thiel held the position of Solution Architect and Director of Professional Services at Customer Dynamics, leading a six-member team focused on enhancing revenue growth and customer service through the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related technologies. With a background in IT management at SUMMIT Financial Resources, Thiel played a key role in driving the company back to profitability while also upgrading critical software and managing an extensive client portfolio. Additional experience includes co-owning Fresh Twist Yogurt and serving in various IT and project management roles, supported by a BA in Economics from the University of Utah.
