Leah Balter

Leah Balter is an accomplished executive currently serving as the Chief Transformation Officer, Chief Information Officer, and leader of the Supply Chain at Bunnings since October 2018, overseeing a team of over 1,100 members and managing a P&L exceeding $1 billion, with significant digital sales. Prior experience includes the role of President of Strategy and Business Development at Incitec Pivot Limited, Executive Director at Trawalla Group where responsibilities included managing property and business investments, Chief of Staff to the CEO at ANZ, and Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company. Leah holds dual MBA degrees from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and NYU Stern School of Business, along with a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from UNSW and completion of the Australian Institute of Company Directors program.
