Bryan Flood

Bryan Flood is an experienced Technical Support Manager currently working at bunny.net since April 2024. Previously, Bryan served as the EU CDN Service Delivery Manager at Lumen Technologies from April 2012 to April 2024, overseeing three teams of CDN support engineers across Europe. Bryan's career also includes a role as EU CDN Premium Support at Level 3 Communications, where Bryan was the primary point of contact for major European CDN clients, and as an EU CDN TSC, providing 24/7 support. Prior experience encompasses Enterprise Server Support at Dell, as well as roles in sales account management and helpdesk engineering at Dell, RTE, and Assurelink.
