Mila Kayukala

Mila Kayukala is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in design research, service innovation, and sustainability. Currently serving as a Principal Consultant and Sustainability Officer at Bunnyfoot since October 2018, Mila has also held various roles at STBY Design Research for Service Innovation, where achievements include leading design research projects for major clients like Google and Spotify. Mila's expertise encompasses facilitating international design sprints, mentoring interns, and contributing to significant research initiatives on climate change and plastic behavior. Previous roles include organizing the Global Service Jam in London, developing innovation workshops at OffWeGo, and driving business development at Touriocity. Mila holds a Master's Degree in Innovation, Creativity, and Leadership from City, University of London, and a Bachelor's Degree in Foreign Languages from Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia.
