Rachel K. is currently serving as the Head of HR Business Partnering APAC at Bunzl Australasia since December 2018. In this role, she leads a team of HR Business Partners across APAC to support the company's overall business objectives and align the core people strategy. Prior to her current position, she held roles such as Group HR Manager - Commercial and HR Manager - Australia, where she provided strategic HR support to senior leadership and managed complex people matters. With a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Victoria University, Rachel has a strong background in HR roles across various industries including Melbourne Racing Club and The Bays Healthcare Group Inc.
