Arjav Shah

Arjav Shah began their work experience in 2017 at AU SMALL FINANCE BANK, where they worked as a Sales Executive. During their time there, they were promoted to the Corporate Office due to their exceptional customer service and strong relationship-building skills. Arjav handled coordination with various departments on a regular basis and successfully increased company sales by 5-8% by offering investment opportunities to corporate clients.

In 2021, Arjav Shah joined Bunzl UK and Ireland as an Accounts Payable Specialist. In this role, they processed stock and overhead invoices, reducing a backlog of 7000 invoices to 1000. Arjav also performed monthly and ad-hoc supplier statement reconciliation with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring a positive experience for suppliers. Arjav proactively highlighted recurring issues and suggested process improvement opportunities to management. In 2022, they were promoted to the role of Accounts Payable Team Lead.
