Dr. Anubodh Sunny Varshney has a long and varied work experience. In 2009, they began working as an Academic Tutor and Guest Writer for Varsity Tutors LLC, writing educational pieces for various websites on medical school admissions strategy and pre-medical education. In 2014, they began working at Harvard Medical School as a Clinical Fellow and Instructor in Medicine. That same year, they began working at Brigham and Women's Hospital as a Hospitalist, Internal Medicine Resident, Fellow in Cardiovascular Medicine, and Daniel Pierce Family Fellow in Advanced Heart Disease. In 2016, they began working as a Medical Writer and Reviewer for Buoy Health. In 2020, they began working as a Clinical Advisor for Broadview Ventures Inc and a Board Observer for Alleviant Medical, FineHeart, and Aria CV, Inc. In 2021, they began working as a Clinical Advisor for Texas Health Catalyst at UT Austin Dell Medical School. In 2022, they will begin working as an Advanced Heart Failure, Transplant, and Mechanical Circulatory Support Fellow at Stanford University.
Anubodh Sunny Varshney, MD attended Coppell High School from 2002 to 2006. Anubodh Sunny then went on to earn a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering, cum laude, from Washington University in St. Louis from 2006 to 2010. Afterward, they attended The University of Texas Southwestern Medical School from 2010 to 2014, earning a Doctor of Medicine degree. In 2017, they received Board Certification in Internal Medicine from the American Board of Internal Medicine, and is expected to receive Board Certification in Cardiovascular Disease in 2021.
