Jim Burroughs

Jim Burroughs has extensive experience in sales and leadership roles. Jim is currently the Director of North America at Buoyant, where they help simplify customers' microservices integration and observability across cloud native applications. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of America's Sales at Perforce Software and as the Regional Sales Director. Jim was recognized as a top performer and received the Presidents Club award during their time at Perforce Software. Before that, Jim served as the VP of North Central Sales at Securonix and as the Sr. Solution Account Manager at CA Technologies. Jim also held leadership positions at Stackify, Nolio, NetApp, and Onaro (acquired by NetApp). While at NetApp and Onaro, they were responsible for integrating sales forces and developing go-to-market plans. Jim's career started at Motive, Inc, where they built and led the North American Enterprise Sales organization. Jim also worked as a Regional Director at IBM Tivoli Software, where they significantly increased revenue and achieved the highest cumulative new license revenue in the region.

Jim Burroughs attended Loras College from 1982 to 1986, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management.
