Dean Pollard

Dean Pollard is an accomplished executive in the health insurance industry with extensive experience at Bupa. Currently serving as General Manager for Bupa Global Middle East & Asia and holding several chairman positions including Bupa Egypt Insurance and Bupa Global Middle East (DIFC) Ltd, Dean has demonstrated leadership across multiple regions. Previous roles include General Manager for Bupa Global in Africa, India & Middle East, and General Manager for Strategic Transformation and Bupa Business Services. Dean’s career at Bupa began in 2007, following key positions such as Chief Operating Officer at Max Bupa and Strategy and Transformation Director at Bupa Australia Health Pty Ltd. Dean holds a Master's degree in Management and a Graduate Diploma in Business from Monash University, as well as an Associate Diploma in Business from the University of South Australia.
