Samer Sawaya is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and operations management within the healthcare and customer service sectors. Currently serving as the UAE Country Head for Bupa Global since October 2014, Samer is responsible for driving growth and managing strategic partnerships in the UAE. Previously, Samer held key roles such as Head of Operations for Bupa Global's Middle East operations, Contact Center Manager at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, and Head of Customer Service at Bupa Arabia, where management of large multicultural teams and a focus on team performance were critical. An academic background includes an MBA from the University of Liverpool and a Certificate in Business Excellence from Columbia Business School, complemented by earlier experiences at DHL and PMF Holding.
