Alberto Díaz Alegre

Alberto Díaz Alegre serves as the Head of External Reporting at Bupa since July 2021, overseeing the consolidation of Group results under IFRS and Solvency UK, preparing statutory accounts for Half Year and Full Year periods, and managing Solvency II requirements. Prior experience includes roles as Financial Reporting Manager and Regulatory Reporting Manager, where responsibilities encompassed the preparation and integrity review of consolidated statutory accounts and the delivery of Solvency II reporting for the Group. Previous positions at Sanitas involved overseeing Solvency II regulatory reporting across European and Latin American markets, while experience at KPMG España, EY, and Mazars focused on auditing and internal control analysis. Alberto holds a Degree in Economics, Business and Accountancy from Universidad de Oviedo and a Master's degree in Audit from Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca.
