Ashley Kay

Ashley Kay is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in user experience and digital transformation. Currently serving as the Group Head of Design & Digital Transformation at Bupa, Ashley has previously held key positions including Head of Experience Design and Lead UX Designer. Throughout a diverse career, Ashley has worked as a Lead UX Consultant for various companies, such as PIXELSIX LIMITED, OMRON Healthcare, Wakelet, and Vinyl App, showcasing expertise in UX, user research, content design, and design operations. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Web Design from The University of Salford, earned between 2002 and 2005.
