Barbara Pochettino

Barbara Pochettino has extensive experience in leadership roles within the insurance industry. Currently serving as the Managing Director at Bupa since October 2025, Barbara previously held the position of Managing Director at Guardian Group Dutch Caribbean from October 2013 to September 2025, where Barbara also worked as Manager Sales. Prior to this, Barbara was the Commercial Director at RSA between April 1995 and October 2013 and served as the Commercial Lines Manager at AIG from 1991 to 1995. Education was completed at St. Michaels Comprehensive School in Herts, UK.
