Clare Shaw

Clare Shaw is currently a Senior People Partner and Change Manager at Bupa, having joined the organization in 2023. They have held various HR roles, including General Manager Human Resources at Longveld from 2011 to 2015, and People and Culture Manager at Fletcher Construction Company from 2018 to 2021. Clare's experience also includes working as an HR Advisor at DairyNZ and as a consultant at Cubo HR, among other positions. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Surrey and are pursuing CIPD certification from The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
