Dina Ward is an Organisational Psychologist with over 10 years of experience in talent and leadership development, culture, engagement, and inclusion. Currently serving as the Head of Organisational Development & Capability at Grill'd, Dina previously held leadership roles at Bupa and Vieple, among others, focusing on strategic initiatives to enhance workplace diversity and inclusion. Dina holds a Master of Psychology (Industrial & Organisational) from Deakin University and has contributed to various high-profile organizations, including the Australian Taxation Office and National Australia Bank, in areas such as psychometric assessment and recruitment processes. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, Dina is passionate about driving conscious culture and promoting gender and cultural diversity within the business community.
