Kirk Bradley

Kirk Bradley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service and operations management. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Service and Director of Commercial Operations at Bupa since May 2018, Kirk previously held multiple leadership roles at RSA from May 2010 to April 2018, including Customer Services Director for Personal Intermediated and Head of Shared Customer Services. In these roles, Kirk focused on enhancing UK business performance through support functions, driving the customer agenda across Claims, and coordinating UK customer input into Group projects. Additionally, as Head of Operations Executive Office, Kirk was responsible for governance and orchestrating activities to meet operational and strategic objectives. Earlier in Kirk's career, various roles were held at RSA Insurance from 2001 to August 2010, culminating in a position as Group Senior Risk & Compliance Manager.
