Lisa Dennis MBA, MCIPD, is a passionate and collaborative Shared Services leader with over 20 years of experience working in complex global organizations. Currently, they serve as the Interim People Operations Senior Manager at Bupa, focusing on driving meaningful change across Finance and HR. Previously, they held key roles at ExxonMobil and SPX FLOW, Inc., where they managed teams and delivered training programs while overseeing extensive service migrations. Lisa holds a BA in Dual Honours in Business Administration with Modern Languages from Keele University and an MBA in Management and Finance from the University of Leicester.
