Lucas Ryan

Lucas Ryan currently serves as the APAC General Manager for Conduct Risk, Compliance Governance & Reporting at Bupa, a position held since June 2025. Previously, Lucas held several roles at AustralianSuper, including Principal in Governance, and Senior and Manager of Regulatory Affairs from September 2020 to July 2025. Lucas's experience also includes a Director role at Deloitte and a Branch Manager position at the National Disability Insurance Agency. Earlier career highlights feature serving as a Senior Policy Adviser at the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Senior Policy and Education Officer at the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission. Additionally, Lucas worked as an Aide to the Governor in the Office of the Governor in Victoria and a Policy Officer at the Department of Justice. Educational qualifications include a Company Directors Course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne, and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from RMIT University.
