Colleen O'Toole is currently working as a Community Manager at USA Properties Fund, Inc. Previously, Colleen served as an Assistant Property Manager at Burbank Housing and as a Manager of Administrative Services at Kaiser Permanente before retiring. Colleen has experience in affordable housing and holds a degree in Phlebotomy from Empire College.
