Jemy Jose

Jemy Jose is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project estimation and quantity surveying. Currently serving as a Project Estimator at Burbank since October 2017, Jemy previously held positions at Pelligra as an Estimator and at SAE&C Pte Ltd as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, where responsibilities included monitoring design changes, assessing cost impacts, and administering construction contracts. Earlier experience as a Quantity Surveyor at CKR CONTRACT SERVICES PTE LTD involved evaluating project progress and preparing Bills of Quantities from architectural and engineering specifications. Jemy holds a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from Mahatma Gandhi University, obtained between 2002 and 2006.
