Nikhil Katait

Nikhil Katait is currently working as an R&D Simulation Engineer at Burckhardt Compression since May 2022. Prior to this, Nikhil served as an Assistant Manager at L&T Heavy Engineering in Surat from November 2018 to May 2022. With a background as a CAE Analyst at Ideametrics Private Limited and IFS Academy, Nikhil has experience in conducting sensitivity studies on various parameters affecting contact pressure and stress distribution. Nikhil holds a Master of Engineering in Design Engineering from Maharashtra Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Bapuraoji Deshmukh College of Engineering. Nikhil also worked as a Project Student at Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited, focusing on the interface between valve guide and cylinder head of a diesel engine.
