Serafina Vulcano

Serafina Vulcano has extensive experience in sales and customer care, currently serving as the Head of Sales Italy a. i. Service Division & Global Key Account Management at Burckhardt Compression since January 2014, where previous roles included Manager Global Key Accounts & Agent Management and Head of Customer Care. Prior to this, Serafina worked at BC AG as Sales CSS for South America and held a position in Vertrieb at ERNI Electronics from 2006 to 2012. Serafina holds a Bachelor's degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from WG Göppingen, completed between 1995 and 1998.
