Jessica Cassel is an accomplished Customer Service Manager with extensive experience in the field of identity and biometric solutions, currently leading the Customer Service team for the Americas at Thales since April 2019. Prior to this role, Jessica served in various capacities at Gemalto from April 2012 to April 2019, including overseeing customer service for government programs and secure transactions. Jessica’s expertise includes managing teams across North and South America and implementing processes to enhance customer service and revenue. Additionally, Jessica has held positions in sales support and account management at organizations such as Training Camp, Benjamin Obdyke, and FP International. Jessica obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, and Marketing from Holy Family University.
