Dr. Louisa Kimmig

Dr. Louisa Kimmig currently serves as Corporate Legal Counsel at Hubert Burda Media since October 2023. As a co-founder of Kunst & Recht, a conversation series established in 2016 focusing on art and cultural property law, Dr. Kimmig has been actively engaged in the field. Previous experience includes working as a Rechtsanwältin at Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH from April 2021 to August 2023 and holding various roles as a Referendarin at dtb rechtsanwälte, Kammergericht Berlin, Stiftung Preußischer Kulturbesitz, Staatsanwaltschaft Berlin, and Amtsgericht Charlottenburg from November 2018 to November 2020. Additionally, Dr. Kimmig was a Wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin at Buse Heberer Fromm from March 2016 to October 2018. Dr. Kimmig obtained the Erstes juristisches Staatsexamen from the University of Münster and attended Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia during the 2012-2013 academic year.
