Marketing Executive

Job description

As a Marketing Executive, you will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, along with other cross-functional partners, to develop and implement innovative campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and business growth. You will also work on the organisation and production of a number of large-scale signature event projects, brand-led partnership events, and consumer event initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES (included but not limited to) 

  • Support the Senior Marketing Manager in ensuring all marketing materials, events, activities, collateral, and deliverables are executed to the highest standard

  • Work collaboratively with editorial, sales, social media, and Content Studio teams to develop strong brand guidelines for both brands, with a distinct look and feel and tone of voice to ensure brand consistency

  • Develop a strong understand of our brands, processes, as well as a strong understanding of the media landscape and luxury market

  • Support the senior marketing manager to ensure projects are delivered to clear revenue and cost targets, including campaign performance analysis

  • Support in the development of brand guidelines, brand trainings, and development of creative IPs

IDEAL CANDIDATE 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field

  • 1-2 years of events and marketing experience

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Creative, collaborative, eager to grow and learn

  • Passion for making work that stands out and makes a difference to our audience

  • Passionate about travel, luxury, and media, with a strong understanding of the nuances of the Southeast Asian market

NOT REQUIRED BUT ARE A PLUS

  • Graphic design ability and strong aesthetic sensibilities
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
  • Strong knowledge of the brand and its target audience

  • Hybrid working schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
