Connie Blaauw

Connie Blaauw is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in senior HR roles and leadership. As the Founding Partner at Bureau Blaauw since January 2000, Connie has focused on advising, executing, and supporting the search for senior HR positions, as well as providing interim HR management and consultancy on HR projects. In October 2018, Connie founded HR Finders, which successfully established a dedicated search service for HR business partners at Bureau Blaauw by 2025. Previous positions include Change Manager at IdtV, Director at S&C Select, Regional Director at Content, and HR Manager at RTL Nederland.
