Jeff Woodruff

Jeff Woodruff serves as a Technology Integration Manager at the U.S. Department of the Treasury and previously held the same title at the Bureau of Engraving and Printing. With extensive experience in manufacturing engineering and project management, Jeff has a strong background in integrating products and processes within production operations. Responsibilities have included machine specifications, root cause analysis, quality control, process evaluation, and the development of verification and validation test plans. Previous roles include senior positions at the Commonwealth Center for Advanced Manufacturing, Turbodrill Industries, National Oilwell Varco, and Ashmin LLC, where Jeff managed projects, improved quality standards, and implemented innovative process improvements. Jeff holds a PhD in Systems Engineering, an MS in Systems and Engineering Management, and a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University and the University of Texas at Arlington, respectively.
