Bart Rhodes

Bart Rhodes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in land management, military operations, and logistics. Currently serving as a Realty Specialist at the Bureau of Land Management since June 2019, Bart interprets laws and regulations related to public land law and processes various land actions. Previous roles include Joint Plans Officer at the United States Department of Defense, where Bart maintained visibility of the global Defense Transportation System, and Senior Functional Analyst at Northrop Grumman Corporation, leading training for air mobility operations. Bart’s military career with the United States Air Force spanned over 17 years, holding key positions such as Chief of the Joint Exercise Branch and Director of Operations, responsible for directing large-scale air mobility operations. Bart holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Wyoming and a Master's in Aviation Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, complemented by advanced military education.
