Melissa Bleier

Melissa Bleier is an experienced project manager and creative consultant with a robust background in realty, event management, and communication. Currently serving as the MOMAC Project Manager at the Bureau of Land Management, Melissa develops and implements statewide utility consolidation projects in California. Previous roles include Assistant District Manager at the California Desert District and various specialist positions with the National Park Service and US Army Corps of Engineers. Melissa also owns Checkered Crescent Creative, focusing on marketing and consulting for projects such as documentaries and events. Educational credentials include a Master’s in Historic Preservation from Goucher College and several certifications in project management and sports industry essentials from Duke and Columbia Universities.
