Plant Conservation & Restoration Program Lead at Bureau of Land Management

Peggy Olwell possesses extensive experience in the fields of plant conservation and endangered species management. Currently serving as the Plant Conservation & Restoration Program Lead and previously as the Endangered Species Program Manager at the Bureau of Land Management, Peggy also held the position of Endangered Species Program Coordinator at the National Park Service and managed conservation programs at the Center for Plant Conservation. Peggy's academic background includes a Master of Science in Biology from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Arts in Botany/Plant Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
