Amar Pottumuthu

Amar Pottumuthu is an experienced professional in software testing and automation, currently serving as the Automation Test Lead at the Bureau of Meteorology since January 2022. Amar has held various roles, including Senior Test Automation Engineer at Apromore and Consultant at Araza. Notably, Amar has returned to the Bureau of Meteorology as a Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer. Previous experience includes significant positions at Computershare as Lead Automation Engineer and Senior Software Test Engineer, alongside roles in software testing at Sensis and Aviva. Amar also has a background in finance as a Fund Accountant and Fund Administrator. Amar holds a Masters in Professional Accounting and a Graduate Diploma in Business Computing from Victoria University.
