Nichole Brinsmead

Chief Information & Technology Officer at Bureau of Meteorology

Nichole Brinsmead is currently the Chief Information & Technology Officer at the Bureau of Meteorology. Prior to this, they spent three years as the Director of Technology Consulting at PwC Australia, where they oversaw a mobility platform for 11,000 frontline users.

Before their time at PwC, Nichole was the Program Director at RMIT University, where they oversaw two initiatives: the digitisation of RMIT's service and product delivery for students, and the establishment of an Enterprise Portfolio Management Office. Nichole also spent eight years as the Head of Implementation for the New Zealand Simplification Programme at ANZ.

Nichole has dedicated their career to improving organisations through technology and innovation. With over 15 years of experience in senior leadership roles, they have a proven track record in successfully delivering complex change programmes.

Nichole Brinsmead has a BA in Arts from Monash University and a Post Grd in Business Information Technology from Swinburne University of Technology.
