Simon Anton Parancin

Simon Anton Parancin has extensive experience in property coordination and the painting and decorating industry. Currently, as a Property Coordinator at the Bureau of Meteorology since May 2023, Simon manages property and facilities for the Queensland portfolio. Simon is also the Managing Director of Simco Decorating, established in January 2000, which offers accredited painting and decorating services across Brisbane and surrounding areas. Previous roles include Painter and Decorator leading hand and foreman for various companies, Sole Trader stonemason at Bedrock Stoneworks, and Sole Trader in painting and decorating at Artman painting and decorating. With a Certificate III in Painting and Decorating from the Canberra Institute of Technology, Simon has developed expertise in decorative finishes, heritage restoration, conservation work, and project management.
