Bradford Kelly

Bradford Kelly, MBA, currently serves as a Contract Specialist at the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement, having transitioned from the role of Contracting Officer at the U.S. Department of Justice. With extensive experience in contract management and procurement, Bradford has held various positions including Procurement Coordinator at the US Army PAO and Contracting Officer at the United States Marshals Service, earning multiple certifications such as Level 3 Contracting Certified and Contact Officer Representative certified.
