Rachel Tutko

Rachel Tutko is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in administrative and legal support roles. Currently serving as a Contract Specialist II at CSHQA since February 2021, Rachel previously held the position of Legal Assistant at Pedersen & Company, PLLC from April 2007 to November 2020, contributing to a boutique intellectual property firm. Prior to that, Rachel worked as an Administrative Assistant II for the Idaho State Department of Education, supporting the Public Information Officer and Deputy Attorney General between October 2000 and March 2007. Rachel's career began as an Assistant Manager at Peet's Coffee from March 1996 to February 1999, overseeing daily operations and employee management. Rachel earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with an emphasis on Creative Writing from Penn State University between 1989 and 1993.
