Kevin Miller

Kevin Miller is a seasoned petroleum engineer currently serving in the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement within the Regional Field Operations Decommissioning Support Section since February 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Project Manager at Alliance Energy Services, LLC, focusing on plug and abandonment engineering and operations in the Gulf of Mexico from June 2016 to February 2021. Kevin also held the position of Operations Manager & Engineer at Morrison Well Services, LLC, and worked as a Field Engineer for TETRA Technologies, Inc., both specializing in plug and abandonment operations. Earlier in his career, Kevin gained experience as a Field Engineer at Precision Directional Services, Inc., where responsibilities included MWD equipment operation and client communication. Kevin began his professional journey as an Engineering Intern at Lanier & Associates, Consulting Engineers, Inc., contributing to topographic and hydrographic surveys. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Louisiana State University.
