Steven Luttrell

Steven Luttrell is a seasoned Information Technology professional currently serving as a Senior Information Technology Advisor at the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement since June 2021. With extensive experience at the U.S. Department of the Interior from 2010 to 2021 as a Chief Business Systems IT Project Manager, Steven managed various IT projects encompassing planning, execution, and monitoring within an Agile environment. Prior roles include Systems Analyst at Hornbeck Offshore Services and Materials Management Analyst at Touro Infirmary, where Steven demonstrated expertise in system integration, support, and project management. Steven began his career as a Project Leader at International Shipholding, focusing on application development and reporting. Steven holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems from Tulane University.
