Ana Maria Fernandez has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ana Maria has held various roles in different companies. Ana Maria worked at Bureau Veritas as Vice President of Human Resources, CSR, and Comms for Latin America. Prior to that, they served as VP of Human Resources & QHSE for the Latin America Operating Group at the same company. Ana Maria also held the position of Human Resources Director for North Latin America and Human Resources Manager for Colombia & Panama within Bureau Veritas. Before joining Bureau Veritas, Ana Maria worked as a Business School Lecturer/Module Tutor and Human Resources Assistant at the University of Cumbria. Ana Maria also gained experience as a Human Resources Director, Director of Corporate Development, and Leader of Human Capital Development at Mecánicos Asociados S.A.S. Additionally, they held roles such as Performance Management Coordinator, Strategic People Management Analyst, and Corporate Organizational Development Analyst at Alpina. Ana Maria started their professional journey as a Graduate Assistant at the University of the Andes. Ana Maria Fernandez has a diverse education history. Ana Maria completed a Top Management Development Program in Organizational Leadership at the University of California, Berkeley in 2023. In 2015, they obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources and Consulting from Lancaster University. Prior to that, they completed a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering at Universidad de Los Andes in 2006. In 2004, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the same institution. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Chilean Labour Legislation from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and a Conscious Business Academy Certification from the Conscious Business Center CBC, both in 2018.
