Shahram also held the role of Vice President of Operations Excellence & Performance Management at DT Global, where they led continuous improvement initiatives and supported strategic planning. Earlier in their career, Shahram worked at DAI, where they managed international development projects and oversaw project management support. Shahram also founded their own consulting firm, INDEVO Consulting, providing support for international development programs. Shahram began their career at MMG, a healthcare marketing communications firm, where they worked their way up to the role of Director. Shahram Ahmadzadegan, PMP®, holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in International Conflict Resolution from American University, where they studied from 1994 to 1996. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Public Affairs from Syracuse University, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. In addition to their degrees, Shahram Ahmadzadegan also holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, which they obtained from the Project Management Institute in February 2007.
