D'Andre Kersey

D'andre Kersey is an experienced Human Resources Generalist currently employed at Burford Capital since May 2022. With a robust HR background, D'andre previously worked at Children's Community Programs of Connecticut from 2015 to October 2021, where responsibilities included developing orientation programs, managing payroll for 55-60 employees, and facilitating benefits enrollment. D'andre has also contributed to the recruitment and licensing of foster families and has extensive experience in handling employee records and compliance with state regulations. Academically, D'andre earned an MBA and a Master's in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Hartford, along with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Bridgeport and an Associate degree in Hotel and Hospitality Management from St. Clair College.
