Garrick Force

Garrick Force, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at HSHS Medical Group since December 2021, Garrick manages colleague relations issues, facilitates conflict resolutions, and educates staff on regulatory compliance and company policies. Prior to this, Garrick worked as an HR Business Partner at Town and Country Bank, coordinating recruitment processes and onboarding new employees. As HR Manager at True Blue Car Wash, Garrick was instrumental in building a high-performing team and implementing the company's first learning management system while overseeing HR activities for over 225 employees. Garrick’s earlier experience includes roles as a Human Resources Generalist and District Manager at Rainstorm Car Wash, where skills in recruitment, compliance, and employee development were honed. Garrick holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Western Governors University.
