Shane Fulton

Shane Fulton has extensive experience in civil litigation, specializing in areas such as personal injury, insurance bad faith, product liability, and the Lanham Act as an attorney at Burg Simpson Eldredge Hersh & Jardine, P.C. since July 2018. Prior to this role, Fulton worked at The Law Offices of Robert Stutman, focusing on nationwide property subrogation claims, and served as a legal analyst at Bloomberg, LP, where legal analysis supported the company's legal research database. Additional previous positions include serving as Of Counsel at the Law Offices of Jacob Aronauer and as a legal clerk for the New Orleans Real Estate Administration.
