Vlasto Vavrin is an experienced culinary professional with a career spanning over a decade in prestigious hospitality establishments. Since October 2017, Vlasto has held various roles at Bürgenstock Hotels & Resort Lake Lucerne, including Chef De Cuisine Banqueting, Banquet Sous Chef, and Chef for the lobby lake view, along with positions at Taverne 1879 and Golf Restaurants. Prior to this, Vlasto worked at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, serving as Banquet Head Chef from February to October 2017, and at Fairmont St Andrews from May 2014 to January 2017 in roles such as Banquet Sous Chef and Junior Sous Chef. Experience also includes positions at Fairmont from 2009 to 2014 as Demi Chef de Partie and Chef De Partie, and earlier culinary education at Elmwood College from 2010 to 2014.
